In vs 14 Paul is referring to what he has written and what he is about to write.
Paul in these passages didn't want to shame the Christians but to warn them by using grace and compassion.
There were times Paul used shame to correct the Corinthians and to get their attention.
Paul recognized 2 things of a leader.
1. A leader's authority
2. A leader's responsibility
World tells us "Do as I say not as I do"
Paul says " Do as I do as I follow Christ's example."

What did Paul have that we should desire most?

~ The ability to ENDURE HARDSHIP.
~ The willingness to EVANGELIZE the LOST.
~ The passion to EQUIP the SAINTS.

This can be our way of life in Christ.
