Freedom

The idea of freedom comes from God, not from sin, yet people struggle with the idea of freedom in God because they think they are getting their 'freedom' taken away from them....interesting how God seems to do things the same but different in the world.

How come it seems freeing at the beginning of sinning, yet it's after you're hooked no feelings of freedom ever occur again?
