Tips 4 2011
Ok I must admit, Gen 1:1 has nothing to do with what I'm about to tell you. But since its the first book, first verse and chapter of the Bible, I wanted to attach it to the first thing you should read for the new year. If it blesses you, make sure to email me. I love to read what God did for you.

I felt led to share some tips for living for the new year. So many people give us their take on life and most of what is said is complete foolery. So from a Prophet, Man'd of God, I wanted to give you a few tips for this upcoming year. Hope you'll like and enjoy!
1. Don't be so deep in 2011!This is for the Christians out there. Your Bible toting, scripture quoting foolishness has gotten old. Be saved for real! Love God, treat people right and try your best to live to your fullest.
2. Cut out foolish people. Stop foolish ways. Stop saying foolish things.The capacity we have for foolishness now-a-days is completely ludicrous! In 2011 make it your business to slice away at the foolishness.
3. Get a better relationship with Christ and REMOVE RELIGION AND RELIGIOSITY from your life.I guess this kind of goes with number 1 but it deserves its own number. Quit being so religious! I read on a friend's page that God is looking for those of you who bear fruit; he doesn't care for religious nuts! PREACH!!!!!!
4. Join, move to or stay with a good Bible based ministry.Please stop going to churches just because it's your family's church! Your life is too important--scratch that, your SOUL is too important to be sitting around listening to a bunch of foolishness every week! Go somewhere that makes you want to change and be better. Period.
5. Forget New Year's RESOLUTIONS and make for yourself a REVOLUTION!Don't make resolutions that you ain't gon' keep past March anyway! Start a REVOLUTION!!!! Kirk said it best; "Do you want a revolution? Whoop, Whoop!" LOL Revolutionize your life by making huge drastic changes for the better.
6. Pray more, talk less.
7. Drink more water. Cut that soda intake to a 5th of what you drink now.
8. Exercise your mind and body. I mean its the only ones you've got! Work with 'em!
9. Read a book a month (AT LEAST). All this free knowledge (minus the cost of the book) and you're not getting it! What's wrong with you?!?! {Amen look out for my books this year! : ) }
10. Laugh more, cry less.
11. Eat better, not more.
12. Save more, spend less.........WAYYYY LESS!
13. Follow Christ more than you do your favorite friend on FB.
14. Spend less time on FB (they might remove me for this!) and more time with the people you love. If your best friends are on FB, go old school and CALL THEM!!!! Chill with them! I know its nostalgic but face-to-face contact will really bless you!
15. Seek God more than you seek the advice of your friends on FB!
16. Curse or cuss less (I know, I know), learn new words.
17. Set, go after and achieve some goals this year. Nothing's a failure if you learn from it.
18. Learn a scripture a week instead of the newest "Dougie" dance craze.
19. Examine yourself, reexamine yourself and fix what you don't like. FIX IT!!! Don't complain about it!
20. Less sugar and fried foods this year. Do you want to die at 50?
21. Encourage more, gossip less.
22. Work on being a better person rather than a better friend. Let that one marinate. Better people make for better friendships.
23. Be a better friend (I know, I just said the opposite right?).
24. Add more beneficial people to your life. Don't be the smartest, richest and nicest in your group. Because if you are, you're their benefit and they're your liability.
25.Buy more gospel, less R n B & Rap.
Finally in 2011, realize that this is the beginning of a new year AND a new decade. Let's not carry over the same mess from the last decade. It's time for some newness in your life. You deserve better than where you've been, so start preparing for where you're going!
You have a purpose and a destiny in life; FIND IT! Stop doing things that don't help you realize and fulfill that destiny and purpose. You have no time to waste. You only live life once, might as well start getting it right.
You have had some people in your life in the past year and decade that are not a 'help' to you. They drain you, suck the life out of you and you still let them stay around. Some of you don't just have an enemy, you have an INNER-me that is way more toxic than any enemy!
Stop being your biggest issue! Get 'YOU' together! You no longer have time to operate the way you've been.
Those millions won't make themselves!
That business won't start itself!
That sermon won't preach itself!
That credit won't fix itself!
That relationship won't find or fix itself!
In 2011 I want you to go after EVERYTHING God has for you! Because the enemy has been coming after EVERYTHING God gave to you!
GO AFTER YOUR DESTINY!!!!!! It's waiting on you!
