Bath in the blessed life.

One thing learned early in my marriage especially while my wife was pregnant was the importance of a warm relaxing bath. It gave her time to relax, find spiritual prosperity, life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation regardless of her outward conditions. This is exactly how the amplified bible explains being blessed.

While in that bath very little can affect you unless you let it bring you out of the water. It is the same for the living water. When we bathe in Jesus and His relaxing waters very little can affect us, unless we allow some outside force to pull us out of it. Just think of how we would react if we were in the bathing state when challenges arose. It may sound a little like this. Huh, O.K., how can you fix it, so that I don't have to get out if this really nice tub? I think that sounds good, I know how capably you are and believe that you can make sure that it is done right. Thank you for hard work. Ahhhhhhh.

Realize that other people's problems and views of us are not our problems. God is much greater than that and has even called us to this blessed state especially when others say bad things about us, our work, or our existence. "Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you. [II Chron. 36:16.] (Matthew 5:12 AMP)

Just stay in the bath and rejoice in what he has for us. I pray that your bath time with Jesus will show those who do not know Him, what a wonderful God He is, leading them to take a dip in the living water of Christ.
