Pangea, Dinosaurs, and The Flood

I get questions from non-christians who are advocate believers in evolutionary theory and everything that goes along with that belief. One of the main challenges I get is to disprove the existance of dinosaurs. I tell them that I don't disagree with the existance of dinosaurs, but I do have a problem with a T-Rex morphing into a dog or a cat. I believe that the book of Job has references to certain creatures that could be interpreted as dinosaurs. And here in Gen 7:2-3, I believe that some forms of dinosaurs actually made it on the ark.
Another challenge I get is to explain Pangea. If the earth is only a few thousand years old,how is it that the land masses were spread so quickly. I think this answer can be found in Gen 7:10-11. I think God sent waters up through the cracks of the core and tore the land mass known as pangea apart to what we see today. To a person not knowing what's going on, it would seem like water is just coming out of nowhere.
I think science is man's attempt to understand the language of God. If people would take it as such, I think we would be less at ends with God. As it is, people use science to try and disprove our all powerful Father, and end up just creating another failing religion. God should be worshipped for the knowledge He gives us. We should also help guide those lost souls that are believers in the scientific religion. Help them to understand that scientific reasoning is from God and He is the source of all things created.
