There is nothing more frustrating than a closed sign. Closed means wait. Closed means not today but tomorrow. Closed means sorry too late. A lot of us lived closed lives. Our actions or lack of action close us off to God's work in our lives. We live closed to people, but God doesn't want us living on a dead end street. He wants us living open lives. Here, Paul said that an open life is a life of love. Love brings freedom. I'm not talking about the world's kind of love revolution. I'm talking about the kind of freedom that comes from being grounded in and filled with the love of Christ. Open!
