Blessed people.
Those who walk according to the law will be blessed. Scripture is pretty clear about this. However, this leads me to ask, "How?" Many times, I think this is an area where we fall short. We look to often at our physical circumstances (especially if they're not that great at the moment) and fail to see the blessings that envelope our lives every minute. We pray, "God, I feel like I've been following you and doing right and having good quiet times so why am I getting hammered so bad?" What I tend to forget most often is God's blessing and our physical comfort or our tangible circumstances don't always go hand and hand. In fact, I think in most cases the exact opposite is true. Many of the people in scripture who were the "most blessed" were also the ones who went through the most crap in their lives. God is awesome and we are unbelievably blessed in every way because we have a God who loves us. If that's all we ever had it would be enough.
