Favorite Verse Ephesians 4:14

We have a purpose, a meaning, a direction.... this verse has more than several meanings in my life. When I read it at certain times it impacts me in different ways. One thing that always stands out when I read it is the importance of making choices and taking responsibility for our lives! If we don't make choices for ourselves, the world will make them for us to benefit the world, and it won't be pretty. We are not meant to be "floaters" or just to "hang out and relax". Everytime I hear someone say, "just take it easy"...I don't need to think about these things right now...."why should I care"......"we'll see what happens".... I can't help but think of this verse and the way it says "hello, stop being a slacker and focus on your direction". Lets grow up together and be sure were following Christ, and not the world.
