In job interviews you are often asked to share your strengths and weaknesses what if you said I am not allowed to share my strengths but I can tell you all about where I am weak. How would that go over. Many, often spend to much time trying to make their weaknesses stronger and not focus their strengths. The truth is that to succeed you do need to boast about what stink at so that others around you can see where you need help. Especially if you are leading, if you do not communicate where you need help then you are shooting yourself in the foot. Where do you need someone to come in and save you from your weakness? Where should you be focusing you energy instead?
