Confronting with Excellence
When Confronting people, always use excellence. Always give them the benefit of the doubt. Because if you don't, offense will be waiting to take root. All you can do is do everything you possibly can to confront someone with excellence, and give it to God. If they accept, they are teachable and workable, if they take it harshly, they probably won't be able to take correction in the future. People who get offended easy are typically insecure, they are their own trap. So when dealing with people, don't give them a reason to be offended, confront with excellence.
1. Watch your tone
2. Give the benefit of the doubt
3. Never use absolutes like, "You always.... or You Never..."
