Bad Aim


It's a good thing Saul is not that good at throwing spears or both David and Jonathan would be dead by now. Obviously, he is insane with jealousy and rage and that definitely affects one's aim. Not to mention that God is protecting them both.

No one can stand against God's will. I am sure that deep down Saul understands this, but instead of that making him back down it just makes him all the more determined. Sounds like Satan's approach, especially in the end times when he is cast down to the earth.
