Noah finds God's favor

in a totally evil world that God desired to destroy, Noah was different. God gave noah His favor, his grace. God decided to save Noah and his family and start over. I wonder what he saw in Noah? What was it about noah that made God change His mind? In an evil and sinful world does God see something different in me?
