Knowing God

Knowing God is different than knowing about God. We can know all about a person and still not 'know' him. Knowing about is important, it helps foster relationship... but it is no substitute for authenticate relationship.
This is part of the problem with social networks. People confuse knowledge that comes from tweets and profile updates as relationship. Our manicured profiles are definitely NOT who we really are in person.
