Daniel's resolution...
I am especially struck by what Daniel hoped to accomplish 1) gain understanding and 2) humility before God. As a result Daniel was heard and the Lord sent a visible response!
Entering into a fast is always a challenge, especially for those of us who live in the U.S. I join with so many in the prayer to gain understand and humble myself before God, and pray for revelation of His will as I enter into this new year. I pray for strength and clarity - to hear His voice that I may do His work.
