Cain and the land of Nod
I've always found this section very interesting. I think it is very telling about the rest of the Bible. There is so much that it tells us, but it does not tell us everything. Right here makes that plain. Where did Cain's wife come from? It doesn't tell us. I find that fact fascinating. I've heard different rumors and speculations, (i.e. it was his sister, or aliens, or so many other things). But in the end we don't know. To me, it shows that God doesn't reveal everything to to us. The Bible tells us what we need at this time. The rest, or some of it, will be revealed when He determines is the right time. The other side of Heaven.
