my thoughts
a favorite verse of mine since I was young in my faith, the first time I read it I knew I needed to make it a practice in my life. ALL too often I am impulsive and quick and excited and fired up and need more knowledge and slow down.
When i first read this, and Ps. 4:4, I knew that I needed to journal often to reflect and consider and figure out and pray. for the first 4-5 years of my faith I journaled nearly every day...considering the mistakes I'd made and the lessons I needed to learn.
passion without understanding is little more than a wild animal ready for a meal.
