quote half a verse

I sometime feel guilty when I look at only the first or last part of a passage. It is easy to forget that the verse numbers were not part of the original text. It is ok to split up a verse. Here a quote from Joel is cut short. Not taken out of context but chopped between the verse numbers. Do not feel bad if only 1/2 of a verse talks to you!
