Knock Lord
It says here that if we hear him knock AND open the door He will come and dine with us. We can't just hear the Word, we must get up and say "come in Lord Jesus" by submitting to His leadership over our lives. I think this works out practically when we choose to love instead of giving in to our emotions of hate, and jealousy, etc. It is also seen when we are obedient to what He is telling us. We can't love Him, invite Him in and be disobedient. So our faith must go from sad faith to living faith. we must daily, every chance we get, get up and say "come in, and Lord Jesus. "
