Was there Creation before Creation
The creation of water has been a mystery to me. I was taught that there was nothing created in this universe before the first day, but I noticed that the Bible says "..the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep." Then it states that "..the the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." Now if you look at the definition of void, it doesn't mean that it does not exist, and as for the phrase, "without form", Is it possible for something to have no form, yet, have existence? I would say, yes. Solids take many forms, but liquid and gases do not take form of anything (unless you turn them into a solid, usually by a freezing method) This would seem to me that before the seven days of creation, water and darkness already existed (remember, God created the light to seperate the darkness. God didn't say let there be darkness also) and the Spirit of God was dwelling there.
