Isaiah 6:7 gaitan commentary
With the live coal the seraphs of 6 winds touched Isiah's mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.”
This verse bring hope to those who are in the position to preach the gospel. We've seen the glory of God in our lives once, our lives were impacted and changed for his amazing power, love and grace, however our lips many times get unclean. Our word now are not the words of God but of one who sinned (who is against him). Then after we realize that "I'm ruined" for our condition, God's love, power, and grace bring this purifying live coal that makes our lips clean again, takes our guilt away and our sins forgives.
Today tell God that you are ruined without him, that your guilt, sins and uncleanness don't let you stand before him and that you want your lips clean. Believe me he will send his angel and through Jesus your life will be new again.
