I was struck today how the folks on Wall Street, by hiding their risky mortgage investments in off shore special purpose accounts, broke this commandment.
Weights and measures doesn't just refer to selling grain. It speaks to being open and honest in your business dealing and making sure that your customer knows what he's buying.
The mortgage backed derivatives, with the bad loans hidden off shore, were essentially ways of cheating shareholders and customers. And now we're seeing how one gets "driven out of the land" of Wall Street
