The Danger of Non-Choice

Everyday you serve some kind of God or god. If you are like most, you get up and make no intentional choice of who you will serve that day.

When you don't make an intentional choice, you are allowing others to choose for you and you will be affected by that non-choice. Your thought pattern and priorities will be set by the advertising media, co-workers, what you see/hear on TV or radio, what you read on the internet.

It's a good chance your non-choice is, in reality, a choice of allowing the religion you grew up in or the religion of your parents or other relatives to choose your god...and you really don't know why. You just do because you were told to or its just how you've always done it - or - if you did anything different it would cause family trouble.

Who are YOU choosing to serve today? Who or what is setting your priorities, your thought patterns, the words you choose, what you post on Facebook, the way you will spend your money, etc.

Today, choose the God or god you will serve. Not making an intentional choice is allowing others to choose for you.
