Leviticus 13

The Lord told Moses and Aaron His extensive expectations of what to do with different types of skin infections.

He covered swellings, rashes and bright spots that become infectious skin diseases.

The Lord also covered boils, burns and sores.

The person who had the skin problem was to be isolated for 7 days and then look at again by the priest; if they recovered they could go back living with others, but if not they were deemed "unclean" and had to be isolated.

The Lord also said that just because a man is bald, he isn't unclean... great news!

Unclean people had to wear torn clothes, have messy hair, cover their lower face, cry out that they were "unclean" and live outside of camp.

Any clothing items that were contaminated with mildew had to be burned.
