you know, that's when we come to Jesus. while it's still dark. while we are stumbling around in darkness we can see a light. a light shines in darkness. a light from an empty tomb. while we were sinners Christ died for us. that is love. that is grace. that is hope. that is the Light of the world shining in darkness. we no longer have to walk in the fear and uncertainty of the darkness. we have a seen a great Light. in who there is no shadows. He illuminates our path. there is no reason to be afraid of our journey. we come to Jesus in the darkness of our depravity, because we know there is a light leading us to the empty tomb. a light leading us home.
