Funny Story about Sarai becoming Sarah
The rabbi's tell a funny story about the "yud" (the Hebrew letter that makes the "I" sound at the end of Sarai) complaining to the Holy Spirit (Shechinah if you're Jewish) about being removed from the name of one of the Patriarchs.
The Shechniah relented and put the yud into the name of Joshua. This is why Numbers 13:16 has Moses renaming Hosea to be Joshua. To make the yud happy.
