The body needs one day of rest. When we rest we are able to play, and when we play we are open to creative ideas and those ideas spill over into the rest of the week so we can better problem solve and create on a daily basis. We don't just go to church on Sundays, we are the church everyday and we meet together as a faith community to renew each other and encourage each other to be better stewards of the grace that Jesus has granted each of us.
