Be Observable

Solomon wants his son to desperately observe the ways of his father. In order to do this, Solomon needed to be someone that is worth observing. I believe he did not make this plea out of his position. He made it because as his father he had wisdom from the Lord to offer.
As someone who will be a father soon, my question is , "Is my life worth observing?"
