Forgiveness is powerful. If it is withheld it damages. If it is given it heals.

Action 1 - Be proactive about forgiving. Essau RAN to forgive.

Action 2 - Embrace! Physicality. Motion releases emotion.

Action 3 - Kiss / Essau went the whole way. Abandoned himself to forgiveness. You can't halfway forgive.

Action 4 - Essau showed interest in Jacob's family. Get involved.

Action 5 - Expect nothing in return.
