The verses of Matthew 12:22-37 (Jesus and Beelzebub) describes that man must be careful with the words spoken. For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. Matthew 12:32-33 states “ And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.”
As Disciples of Christ we must be careful with the words we speak for that is the essence of destiny as described in this popular quote:
“Watch your thoughts, for they become words, Choose your words, for they become actions. Understand actions, for they become habits. Study your habits, for they will become your character. Develop your character, for it becomes your DESTINY”
