A Godly Wife
Sometimes, as men, we can get caught up in the moment and, even in our own ignorance, try to do what we have been called to do before we have done what we should have done to make ourselves ready for the Lord's service. And a Godly wife is just what we need to go on!
In this passage, God called Moses to deliver the children of Israel from Egypt. And Moses, being so caught up in the moment, forgot that he had been raised in an egyptian household. Therefore, he had not been circumcised, thus removing himself from God's will. And it took a Godly wife, who knows her husbands faults even better than anyone else on earth, to bring her husband back into God's will and save his life. Never under-estimate the value of a Godly woman!
