David. man of God and his people
one thing that I learn from David is that he didn't forget to pray to God in times of trouble and urgency,which are two factord that often drives you away from prayer. David's prayer was a short one, but it contained all that David was. additionally David as a refugee still had many followers and supporters. It must have been that David loved them and treated them justly even though David sometimes made mistakes.
