God's jealousy
One of my favorite verses Psalms 115:1 says, "Not to us, O LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness." This verse explains how we should declare God's glory because he is so loving and faithful. Our God is a very jealous God and everything we do and everything we say should be done in His name. Our goal is to walk on this earth and be christ-like and to share His joyous word throughout the world. However, Herod, being the rich and popular man, remains stuck up and steals God's glory from Him and in the end paid the price. God has done many miraculous things for everyone and all we have to do is simply thank Him for all He's done and for all He is.
