Talk with God
This helped me to understand that God doesn't want you to be formal and treat Him like a judge about to sentence you to death. He is a fair and loving God who wants to hear what ever you have to say. When He says "let us reason together" I can picture Him sitting next to me with a coffee mug in His hand and a smile on his face wanting to not just talk but actually cares about what is going on in my life. It really helps to know that I'm nit just talking to the wall but to a God that loves everything about me and will be there when I need Him.
