Not created for this world
We know that God did not create us for THIS world & His word even boldly states that "friendship with the world is hatred towards God" (Jas.4:4). Yet I still struggle with thoughts of clinging to this world, like the fear of losing my husband. However, when I read this verse about the Enoch being taken by God "prematurely" (while everyone else was forced to work the ground until they were around 900), it instantly realigns my priorities. Praise God that there's so much more to look forward to!
