I love the fact that he chose me (you). Going back to Genesis where it says he made us in his image. So yes, first love yourself, but then understand who loves you. So if you find it hard to love yourself think how easy it is for God to love you (me). He didn't second guess the decision he takes pleasure in that decision each day he gives birth to another. Or each day when someone gets to know him better. He is the perfection of love, where there is no hate.
