I don't do this.
I do not do this often enough if at all. I believe I know at times which direction God is directing me but spend too much time second guessing and not enough time acting. Is it fear or is it obstinance? I guess that would depend on what is being required of me. Act quickly definitely implies a sense of urgency. This is something I will make an effort to work on this year. If we doubt our ability obviously God doesn't. He will not ask us to do anything that he doesn't know we are capable of handling.
