Joseph showing his Human Nature

Why did Joseph choose to treat his family harshly? I guess this moment of vindication was too much for Joseph to resist.
While this story ends with wonderful reunion and restoration, at this moment it seems Joseph is enjoying his power, rather than showing grace.
When I have the upper hand in a matter, do I choose grace?
