Matthew 25:40
In this Jesus is telling us that when we give our brothers and sisters food, clothes, money, shelter, and all they may need to live happily, we are also giving to the LORD, for as he said, whenever you give to the needy that live below you, your are giving to the LORD for you have offered your hand, and have not held back what you have so that you may improve someone else's life.
Therefore, whenever possible, lend your hand out to those who need your help, and do not hold back. Do this not out of guilt, but do this out of love and compassion for your suffering brothers and sisters. Show them, that you do care, and reach out your hand, and offer it to them.
