Are you who you say you are? What a great question. Are you the same guy at work as you are in your bible study? Are you the same guy when you're home alone sitting in front of the tv or computer as you are when your wife is sitting next to you? Are you the same guy with your old friends as you are with your brothers and sisters in Christ? Tough questions... but for those that seek the path of integrity, a great reward awaits you - you will be upheld by your God and Father, and you will stand in His presence. When you compare the short-term pleasure you receive from compromising your integrity with the long-term joy you experience from walking in the presence of God, it is a wonder we ever choose the lesser option! Lord give us strength to be the men and women we say we are!
