In this text I see that God told Rebekah that the elder brother would serve the younger. Of course he knew what would happen. It is crazy to me that God would use deception, further found in chapter 27 to bring about his will. He is God and his ways are higher than mine. I want to be able to see God even in the things I don't understand, and love him for it even the more.
