Does God Change His Mind?

I don't think so. But in the early chapters of the Bible, when we see God relating to a very primitive people who had no Bible, He seems to communicate Himself in very simple, primitive ways to people. His "sorrow" wasn't a realization that He was wrong and needed to change course. It was instead his way of communicating His feelings to mankind in a humanly understandable way.

God is always grieved by our rebellion, but He sees it coming ahead of time and you can be sure He's planned for it in advance.
