His Law in My Heart
When I read this verse I think of how the law was a set of rules that God wants us to live by. If we try to keep these laws on our own they are a burden. But, as we accept Christ and His death we keep the law because we love Him. The law is no longer a burden but a delight. The Bible says: "I delight to do Thy will, yea Thy law is within my heart." Ps. 40:8 The law is no longer an "external" set of rules but it becomes a part of us. We belong to Christ and love to do His will.
