Moses and his calling
The calling of Moses is so amazing to me- it reinforces for sure that God can choose ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
1. Moses was tending someone else's flock- he was serving someone else's vision- his father in laws, no less! God will give us something of our own if we are faithful with anothers.
2- (vs. 11) Moses sorta doubted God by asking him why him? God just said- I'l be with you, and prove it when its all done. He didn't let Moses stay in doubt long- he made him focus on the task- which took ton-o-faith!
3- He gave him all the tools he needed for the huge task at hand.
God will give us what we need to accomplish the incredible and seeminly impossible (essentially our destiny) if we are faithful to first serve others and their visions, and if we keep our eyes on Him no matter how scary or impossible looking the task at hand!
