Who's responsible for this?

Too often I am discouraged by circumstances so I become critical of people around me, assigning blame to them. I need to look to God as the source of everything in my life, good or bad, so I can take my petitions (complaints), right to the source. If I do this with a humblle heart, I will see the glory of the Lord and be encouraged again.
