Pray for Everyone, Always, in Thanksgiving

Whoa! If we actually do what God asks, our prayers should be very, very long! Pray for EVERYONE?! That is a very hard proposition. I hope I am up for the challenge, or mandate as it seems...

And on top of it, our prayers should be never ceasing?! I think these verses speak to how important and integral prayer is in our lives, or at least how important it should be.

A predominate theme seems to be giving thanks in prayer, but in Colossians we also see that we are called to pray in alertness and in Psalms called to pray for help from God.

Thank you for helping me, Lord. May I strive to be in fellowship with you, praying unceasingly with boldness and bravery for everyone, in thanksgiving and in seeking your aid.
