Can't I just make it happen?

I am a doer- I like to get things done, people who sit around easy breezy get on my nerves. hilarious, because I miss so much in doing doing doing- sometimes i need to just BE. And that's why grace is so hard for me to grasp sometimes- it involves just being and trusting, not doing. I have to "trust God to shape the right living in me". That's hard for me, but all my trying does me no good because its only Him who can really change me!
