Parse This!

I had to re-read v. 45-47 multiple times to figure out what Jesus is trying to say here. (Or, I guess I should say, to figure out what the NKJV translators were interpreting what the original KJ translators thought that Matthew had written about what Jesus was saying...)

Anyway, these sentences are parsed a bit strange, what with all of the commas and pronouns (his, them, he, etc.). After looking these verses up in The Message, however, it boils down to this:
"Who here qualifies for the job of overseeing the kitchen? A person the Master can depend on to feed the workers on time each day. Someone the Master can drop in on unannounced and always find him doing his job. A God-blessed man or woman, I tell you. It won't be long before the Master will put this person in charge of the whole operation." I know that I certainly don't want to be caught slacking off when The Boss comes around...
