Who Is This Guy?

We often talk of this story in reference to the amazing power of Jesus, as well we should. But there is another side to this story - the perspective of the disciples. These close followers of Jesus had been with Him when He healed the sick and cast out demons. They had listened to His teachings and heard Him speak "as one having authority." Yet they still marveled at His power over even the elements. How often do we, even though we "trust God," lose faith and believe we will not survive our situation.? We do not trust that God will provide our needs or rescue us. If we listen to Him in our hearts at that time we may hear a still small voice saying "Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
