i love how this verses says that the Lord will not forget the needy... FOREVER. that he won't ALWAYS let the injustice to the poor continue. I think it's so easy to look at current events, news, and the hurt around us and wonder where God is. but verses like this remind us that God will not let it stand forever, and that there is coming a day .... any day now! ... when He will return to make all things right.
