Nature of the Offense

I've never stopped to think about this, but I wonder what the butler and the baker did to offend Pharaoh. Were they out back taking a smoke break while Pharaoh was waiting for his shwarma and hummus for lunch? Did Pharaoh catch the butler and baker laughing at the Pharaoh's new shade of eye shadow? Inquiring minds want to know...
